PSTA delivers courses, programs and seminars to staff and Managers dealing with stressful and demanding situations in their workplace. PSTA will give Managers and employees an insight on how to improve their communication, health and wellbeing.
The team at PTSA have been involved in workplace learning and development for over fifteen years. A team of dedicated professionals striving to provide provide learning and development, face-to-face as well as online e-learning solutions and continually seeking new and exciting training & assessment methods.

Aaron Elliot

Aaron is a qualified and experienced counsellor, coach and training consultant. Following his own personal journey into self-exploration and health, Aaron has focused his mind and passion into building people, by enabling them to grow and unlock the solutions they need to live a fulfilled life.


Aaron has experience in a diverse range of public sector roles and in independent practice as a clinician and educator. He provides professional coaching, mentoring and guidance in wellness coaching (where life coaching meets health coaching). Together with his numerous qualifications, these experiences have led to the development of a broad array of expertise in communication at both the individual and group level, giving him an ability to understand when and how to deliver information effectively and efficiently.

Aaron brings his experience in working with individuals and organisations specialising in men’s health, mental health, cancer counselling, diet lifestyle & nutrition, lifestyle coaching, employee assistance programs and solution-focused counselling. Through these partnerships Aaron has implemented training programs for a diverse range of people and group-focused topics and applications. Aaron’s presentation style is engaging and humourous and builds upon his passion for human connection and his academic qualifications in counselling, psychology and communication. He is well known in his field as an engaging presenter, with his enjoyment for his work evidenced by his inspiring enthusiasm.

Michaela Fitzpatrick

Michaela Fitzpatrick has over 15 years experience in training to improve communication, performance and wellbeing. From developing effective leaders and teams to building resilience to managing stress and conflict, Michaela combines psychological expertise with evidence based strategies to achieve optimum results.

Michaela is passionate about developing people and culture and has worked across multiple industries including medical and health care, legal, sales, finance, IT, advertising and media. She draws from a broad academic background and extensive clinical experience to develop programs conducive to individual and organisational needs.

As a counsellor, Michaela combines psychological insight with practical tools to affect cognitive, emotional and behavioural transition. She integrates several therapeutic orientations including Person Centred, CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness. Michaela has extensive experience with a wide range of issues including anxiety, bullying, panic attacks, depression, crisis, trauma, self- esteem/confidence and relationship challenges.

Phillip Lambou
Managing Partner

Phillip designs and delivers the suite of PSTA training programs. An intuitive and skilled trainer, Phillip brings over 15 years’ experience to the creation of interactive and engaging training programs.


Drawing on his experience in managing training in Australia and internationally, Phillip works with clients to create a detailed understanding of the training needs and implements training solutions that lead to positive and enduring outcomes.

Phillip’s eclectic career has seen him establishing training companies in Europe and Asia, managing national internal training departments for large private sector organisations and developing and delivering programs in Victorian educational institutions.

Phillip is a sought after trainer on topics such as emotional intelligence, leadership development, negotiation, mentoring and positive communication.
